John Warnas grew up traveling from a young age and just loved it. John started volunteering at a local travel, agency printing brochures and filling out paperwork. After a couple of years of volunteering, one of the agency’s managers was ready for a career change. Thanks to his time volunteering, John was asked to come on full-time as a manager.
“Back then the paperwork was handwritten– carbon copies were everywhere! Eventually, the industry adopted a reusable plastic boarding card and now thankfully travel plans are digital.”
